Studio policies for booking, cancellations, delivery, makeup add-ons, and website licensing.
Studio Policies
By booking a service with zoomi & Co., you agree to the policies below.
Booking & Payment
- A CA$40 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final total at the time of service.
- Prices are honored at the confirmed booking rate.
- Additional edits, prints, or products may have extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
- Your deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 3 days before your appointment.
- If you cancel within 3 days or do not show up, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Rescheduling Policy
- One reschedule is allowed with notice at least 24 hours before the shooting time.
- Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Image Delivery
- You will receive finished edited images only.
- Delivered files are high-quality JPGs suitable for personal use and social media.
- RAW/unedited files are not provided.
- Photos are delivered via an online gallery or downloadable link (delivery method may vary).
- Your download will remain available for 10 days. Please download and save your photos as soon as possible.
Editing & Retouching
- Editing and retouching style is based on the photographer’s professional judgment and consistent brand look.
- Requests for additional edits beyond what’s included may cost extra.
Turnaround Time
- Your edited photos will be delivered within 2 business days after your session.
File Backup / Archiving
- The photographer may keep backups for 15 days after delivery.
- After 15 days, files may be deleted and re-delivery is not guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
- Late arrivals may receive reduced shooting time.
- Sessions still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.
Safety & Liability
- Sessions may involve normal risks such as minor slips, trips, or discomfort.
- Clients agree to follow photographer guidance during the session.
- The photographer is not responsible for minor injuries or accidents that may occur during the session.
Douyin-Style Makeup Add-On
This option for a Douyin-inspired look applied by an experienced makeup artist. You can bring an inspiration photo, or we can customize a look based on your features and preferences.
What to Bring / How to Prepare
- Please bring your own makeup products.
- Arrive with a clean, freshly washed face. Skincare is highly recommended.
- You may also use our bathroom to wash your face before the appointment.
- Please bring your own makeup brushes and sponge.

- If you have sensitive skin or any skin condition, services are provided at your own risk, and we cannot be responsible for skin reactions.
